Welcome to PaulineStudioDev.com. By accessing this website or booking any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they are designed to protect both you and Pauline Studio Development.

 

1. Services

Pauline Studio Development provides:

  • Fashion development and consulting

  • Creative direction

  • Technical design and digital assets

  • CLO 3D visualization

  • Brand development support

All services are custom and delivered based on the information provided by the client.

2. Payments

  • All payments are due in full at the time of booking.

  • Work does not begin until payment is received.

  • All payments are final and non‑refundable.

  • ​

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to provide required materials result in forfeited payment.

  • Same‑day cancellations are treated as missed appointments.

  • ​

4. No Refunds

Due to the custom nature of all services:

  • No refunds, returns, or partial refunds are offered.

  • No refunds for digital files, sketches, technical packages, or any work delivered or in progress.

  • Time spent on research, communication, and preparation is included in the service fee and is non‑refundable.​

 

5. Chargeback Policy ​

By booking through PaulineStudioDev.com, the client agrees:

  • Not to dispute or reverse charges through their bank or payment provider.

  • To resolve any concerns directly with Pauline Studio Development.

  • That all payments represent reserved time, expertise, and custom work.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of services and further action if necessary.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information, measurements, references, and materials.

  • Respond in a timely manner to maintain project flow.

  • Understand that delays in communication may delay delivery.

Pauline Studio Development is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client information.

7. Intellectual Property​

  • All concepts, sketches, digital assets, and development work remain the intellectual property of Pauline Studio Development unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients receive usage rights for the final deliverables for their brand or project.

  • Raw files, working files, and proprietary methods are not included unless purchased separately.

8. Project Scope​

Each service includes only what is listed in the package purchased. Additional revisions, changes, or new requests will require:

  • A new booking, or

  • An additional fee

Scope creep is not permitted.

9. Confidentiality​

All client information, designs, and brand materials are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service.

10. Website Use​

You agree not to:

  • Copy or redistribute any content from PaulineStudioDev.com

  • Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access

  • Use the website for illegal or harmful purposes

11. Limitation of Liability​

Pauline Studio Development is not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Manufacturing errors by third parties

  • Delays caused by vendors, suppliers, or client inaction

  • Misuse of delivered files

All services are provided “as is” based on the information supplied by the client.

12. Updates to Terms

Pauline Studio Development may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
