At Pauline Studio Development, every booking reserves dedicated time, expertise, and preparation. To protect the integrity of my schedule and the custom nature of my work, the following policy applies to all services booked through PaulineStudioDev.com.
All Sales Are Final
All payments for consultations, design services, development packages, digital work, and bookings are non‑refundable. Once a session is booked or work has begun, no refunds, returns, or partial refunds will be issued.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once with 24 hours’ advance notice, subject to availability.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to provide required materials result in forfeited payment.

Same‑day cancellations are treated as missed appointments.
Custom & Digital Work
Because all services are tailored to each client’s project:

No refunds are offered for digital files, sketches, technical packages, CLO 3D assets, or any creative work delivered or in progress.

Time spent on research, development, communication, and preparation is included in the service fee and is non‑refundable.
Chargeback Protection
By booking through PaulineStudioDev.com, the client agrees to:

Not dispute or reverse charges through their bank or payment provider.

Pauline Studio Development is committed to delivering professional, high‑quality work. If adjustments are needed, they will be addressed within the scope of the service purchased.
