Cancellation Policy

To ensure availability and provide dedicated time for each client, the following booking policy applies to all consultations and scheduled meetings. Appointment Confirmation All consultations must be booked and confirmed in advance through the booking system. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting will be charged the full consultation fee. No-Show Policy If a client does not attend the scheduled meeting without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and the full consultation fee will be charged. Late Arrival If a client arrives late, the meeting will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other scheduled appointments. Respect for Time Each consultation slot is reserved specifically for the client. This policy ensures that time is respected for both parties and allows Pauline Studio to maintain a professional and efficient service. By booking a consultation, clients acknowledge and agree to the booking policy outlined above.
